BMNANZ is governed by a volunteer board, elected at the Annual General Meeting.

BMNANZ acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands known as Australia and tangata whenua of Aotearoa New Zealand. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present, and acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and wāhine Māori who have breastfed their pēpi (babies) on Country and whenua, and the partners, families and communities who support them.
